Step 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION + DISCOVERY

Site visit for walk through & discuss scope of work
Determine goals for the project and client needs
Discuss client's vision for the space - Likes/Dislikes
Establish a timeline
CONSULTATION + DISCOVERY FEE - $450
Step 2
DESIGN
Preliminary design intention and direction
Preliminary space planning, measurement, cad work if needed
Create inspiration boards, visualize palate for the space, materials and finishes.
Create and develop mood boards to present ideas, layouts & furnishings to present to client for feedback
Step 3
DRAFT
Present furnishings, accents and decor via Design Files for client approval
Create required renderings if necessary for the project. (additional cost)
Finalize furnishings and purhases
Present final mood board of completed space to client
Design & Draft - 10 - 15 hours per room dependent on size and depth of scope
Step 4
PURCHASING
Source & purchase furnishings, accents and decor
Track orders and communicate any changes to client and continue to source
Create and enter purchased items into budget document
Save and upload receipts for project
Step 5
INSTALLATION
Arrangement and organization of furniture delivery
Onsite supervision of installation
Install furnishings, set up of room and accessories
Full inclusive, turn key service
